We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who brings both strategy and spark — someone who understands how to shape a brand voice, spark engagement, and grow vibrant digital communities.

What You’ll Do
 
Strategy & Brand Voice
 
Build and execute a social media strategy that reflects a bold, playful, and community-driven brand.
 
Align social content with overall marketing and business objectives.
 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
 
Support and guide the community/customer engagement team on tone and communication style.
 
Content & Campaign Execution
 
Plan and manage social calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
 
Work with designers/creators to deliver high-impact visuals and videos.
 
Launch campaigns, competitions, influencer partnerships, and community-driven activations.
 
Manage influencer and campaign budgets where required.
 
Insights & Performance
 
Track KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
 
Use analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to identify optimisation opportunities.
 
Continuously test, adapt, and refine content to drive engagement and growth.
 
Creativity & Trend Leadership
 
Stay plugged into culture and social trends.
 
Develop ideas that spark conversation and connection — no generic content here.
 
Bring confidence, edge, and originality.
 
Paid Social Alignment
 
Work closely with paid media partners to integrate organic and paid performance strategies.
 
Brand & Compliance
 
Be the guardian of brand tone — bold, fun, and authentic.
 
Ensure content meets brand, industry, legal, and ethical standards.
 
What You Bring
 
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (advantageous).
 
2+ years experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
 
Demonstrated success growing social communities and leading campaigns.
 
Experience working with influencer marketing and paid social.
 
Strong writing, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
 
Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, cultural trends, and audience behaviour.
