    Converting qualified leads into sales with confidence and urgency

    Acting fast on leads and following up consistently (speed matters here!)

    Managing your pipeline and queues like a professional

    Working towards daily and monthly targets in a fast-paced environment

    Building strong, professional relationships with clients and brokers

    Taking full accountability for your performance and results
