Overview
A growing digital consultancy is seeking a results-driven Microsoft Sales Specialist to lead business development efforts across the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Microsoft cloud solutions and a strong understanding of consultative sales strategies, SaaS models, and customer success.
 
Key Responsibilities
Drive the sale of Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI
 
Engage with clients to understand their cloud, productivity, and digital transformation needs
 
Conduct tailored product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs
 
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to support implementation and customer success
 
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive long-term value
 
Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing adoption
 
Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and industry trends
 
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT or cloud software sales, ideally focused on Microsoft solutions
 
Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365
 
Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS delivery models
 
Excellent consultative sales skills and relationship-building abilities
 
Ability to tailor solutions to client-specific business needs
 
Previous experience selling into the SADC region is a plus
 
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900, or Dynamics-related)
 
Background in enterprise or B2B software sales
 
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
