Our client is looking for a B-BBEE Analyst to join their growing B-BBEE Division.

 

We’re seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with solid experience in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance and verification.

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

Conduct detailed B-BBEE assessments and verifications for a range of clients

Analyse documentation, interpret legislation, and provide expert compliance guidance

Assist clients in achieving their transformation objectives and improving their B-BBEE scorecards

Manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met

The ideal candidate:

 

Has strong knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice

Is disciplined, self-motivated, and confident in managing complex client portfolios

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
