We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee all operational aspects of a busy Durban branch — including sales, distribution, customer service, HR, and administration.
The ideal candidate will be strategic yet practical, passionate about developing people, and committed to achieving strong sales performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Direct all branch operations including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, and sales.
Develop and execute business plans, forecasts, and financial objectives.
Assess local market conditions and identify new sales opportunities.
Drive productivity and ensure branch goals and metrics are met.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical standards.
Monitor market trends and report on competitor activity and growth opportunities.
Requirements
3–4 years’ experience in ICT Distribution management (non-negotiable).
Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
