After-Sales Specialist
A global leader in energy solutions is seeking a results-driven After-Sales Specialist to support its generator parts and service business. This customer-facing role is critical to delivering top-tier support and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and tailored after-sales solutions.
Develop and implement regional after-market strategies, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate after-market offerings into the initial sales cycle.
Conduct competitor analysis and work to improve service delivery standards continuously.
Engage with existing, new, and lapsed customers to identify needs, quote solutions, and close deals.
Support training, promotional campaigns, and inventory planning for products.
Coordinate closely with international offices and internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Asset Management).
Requirements:
Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Sales or a related field (technical qualifications advantageous).
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or temporary power sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in CRM, pricing, and negotiation.
Proven ability to meet targets and manage customer relationships effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, and quoting applications.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
