We’re looking for a Product Coordinator with strong knowledge of PC components, monitors, GPUs, chassis, and peripherals to join a leading technology distributor in Johannesburg.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating product ranges, supporting sales teams, and assisting with vendor relationships and marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a technical retail, IT sales, or product support background who wants to grow into a Product or Brand Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Product and Sales Teams in managing assigned brands and product ranges.
Monitor stock levels, pricing, and product performance.
Assist with vendor communication, reporting, and rebate tracking.
Coordinate promotions, training sessions, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare and maintain accurate product information, price lists, and catalogues.
Provide technical input and guidance to the internal sales team and customers.
Track competitor activity and identify new product opportunities.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in IT hardware, gaming retail, or technical sales/support.
Strong understanding of PC components – especially GPUs, monitors, chassis, and peripherals.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Passion for technology and eagerness to grow within product management.
