We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical and marketing support within the animal production industry, with a strong focus on swine genetics. This role requires travel across South Africa and into other African countries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Marketing Services

Manage genetic programs

Production management support

Cost management analysis

Deliver technical support to clients

Manage key accounts

Provide customer service and on-site support

Prepare reports and assist with administration

Coordinate semen marketing and sales

Assist with market analysis and strategy

Offer software and system support

 

Requirements:

BSc Agriculture or equivalent qualification

Valid South African driver’s license

Experience in animal production (swine industry advantageous)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer literacy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Willingness to travel nationally and into Africa (company car and travel expenses provided)

Afrikaans-speaking highly advantageous

Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow within the company
